Communicating Jazz:

Want to Write CDR For EA? Get CDR Writing Help Now!

Candidates who want to migrate to Australia and work as engineers must hold an engineering degree in any discipline. Along with this, they must also submit a report called Competency Demonstration Report to Engineers Australia. CDR can be an important document for engineers willing to work in Australia. Therefore, it should be written accurately and up-to-the-mark. However, if any issue is faced, contact an Online Assignment Expert to get help with CDR.

The experts working here have discussed some crucial information for Competency Demonstration Report so that the readers can get help with CDR.

What is a Competency Demonstration Report?

Engineers Australia uses a set of bespoke papers called a Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) to examine and analyse the engineer's competencies in terms of engineering knowledge, skills, communication, management, and leadership. Engineers from NOT signatory countries to the Sydney Accord, Washington Accord, or Dublin Accord must complete Stage 1 of the CDR route to relocate to Australia.

Requirements of a CDR Report As per the EA

Engineers Australia is dedicated to ensuring that only qualified engineers can relocate and serve in Australia. To that end, EA has outlined immigration criteria in the Migration Skills Assessment (MSA) brochure, which may be found on the agency's website. According to Engineers Australia, the following are the major prerequisites for skill evaluation via the CDR pathway.

  • Your personal information, such as your birth certificate and passport bio-data.
  • A current copy of your résumé includes information about your work experience and education.
  • Evidence of English language proficiency (test results for IELTS)
  • Certificates of education and enrolment, academic transcripts, or other documentation
  • Three Career Episodes
  • The Summary Statement
  • Continuing Professional Development
  • Employment letter(s) (CPD)

The academic qualification, personal identity, and work data make up the initial prerequisites for Australian skills evaluation via the CDR pathway. The second stage, which entails the production of CDR documentation, is the most difficult. Three Career Episodes, CPD, a Summary Statement, and the CV make up a CDR report.

Three engineering projects, one each career episode or employment position, should form the basis of your CDR report.

Know the Steps for Preparing a CDR Report

Yes, you can write your CDR without paying a consultant if you already have the time to study through a lot of literature and apply the principles to your CDR.

  • You are aware of the EA's CDR statement requirements and the evaluation criteria.
  • You satisfy all of the prerequisites, particularly the engineering projects that meet the EA Skills Assessment Criteria.

You must have worked on a minimum of 3 engineering projects which fulfil all of the 16 competence criteria necessary for a successful Skills Assessment result to submit able to comply with CDR for submitting to Engineers Australia.

Why does CDR Gets rejected?

EA often rejects CDRs if they do not find all the 16 engineering competency criteria. The competence aspects are outlined in the MSA handbook, and they are summarised in the requirement of the summary statement. Because the MSA criteria are always changing, it's crucial to double-check with EA before producing your documentation.
