Uptown Jazz Dallas, LLC (the company) is a private Texas production company Founded by Dallas native, Keith Hill with a dedicated 'mission' to produce Uptown Jazz Dallas International Jazz Festival (IJF). (Dates to be announced soon)

The Company owns and operates a high-end communications platform geared to develop and support the Festival and it's related activities and partners. The communications platform consists of:

Uptown Jazz Dallas Live - the flagship production company of the Festival. 

Cinefest Outdoor: A Jazzed Up Picnic and Movie Experience℠

Jazz Up DFW - the year-round promotions initiative of the festival that develops 'Areas of Interest to the Festival' in music, food, fashion, film and the arts.

Founder's Court - the luxury property of the festival event presented as a VVIP backstage/lawn experience. The Founder's Lawn is a baby presentation of the scenario presented in various community partner locales.

UptownJazzDallas.com - the 'official' social network and global entertainment platform of the Festival populated by it's most passionate supporters and enthusiasts.

Court of Arts - the arts and crafts showcase of the Festival

Uptown Jazz Dallas Live on the Lawn at Klyde Warren Park - a weekly outdoor jazz series produced in partnership with Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation slated for debut during the opening of Klyde Warren Park 2013
