Restaurant Will Feature New Chef-Driven Cuisine with

Emphasis On Steaks

 

DALLAS, TX (April 30, 2012) – Bailey’s Prime Plus has teamed up with local celebrity chefs Avner Samuel and Jon Stevens to redefine the restaurant’s cuisine.  Under their direction, the restaurant will feature a new chef-driven menu with an emphasis on steaks.  Samuel and Stevens will oversee culinary direction, menu development and seasonal additions.

Avner Samuel and Jon Stevens are co-owners of Nosh Euro Bistro and Snack Global Kitchen and Bar.  Avner also owned and operated the highly lauded Aurora, Bistro A, Yellow and Avner’s.

            The new menu will be unveiled in May at the Park Lane location, with Fort Worth and Fairview locations soon to follow.
