- Born in East Texas, LaLa is a classically trained vocalist whose natural abilities originated in Gospel and R&B music. Lately, LaLa finds Jazz to be her preferred vehicle of expression.
LaLa is the embodiment of the word chanteuse. While she considers herself to be a singer who is also a songwriter-in-the-making, LaLa commits herself, totally, to the craft of musical interpretation. LaLa is just as regal, when expressing such taboo emotions as self-reflection and fear, as she is with the more sought-after feelings of joy, hope and love.
