A Prestige Social Program from Uptown Jazz Dallas IJF:
A 'Prestigious' distinction among DFW Metroplex venue associations with the Festival, an Official 'Social Spot' venue is committed to supporting and developing Jazz audiences at their location, in collaboration with the Festival. Official 'Social Spot' venues have pledged to work through the Festival to support the area's top jazz/soul artists in their venue(s). This is done by a variety of promotions and bookings that provide a venue for exposure and sale of great music through personal appearances, listening parties, live performances and other networking scenarios produced by Jazz Up DFW (the promotions arm of the Festival).
