Event Description
For nearly twenty years, the Psychedelic Drum Jam has been a melting pot for Latin, African, and Middle Eastern rhythms. Loren Soman and I have reformatted this event to include a more complex Jazz rhythmic structure, metric modulations, and relative phrasing. Time, space, tone, and dynamics are highly encouraged. Bring any type of percussion or drum set equipment and a friend. See you there.
