Judie will show you how to roast the juiciest, most succulent, no-fail turkey ever - along with perfect cornbread dressing (better than Grandma's), mashed potatoes, brown and beautiful yams, Herbed Gravy (guaranteed goof-proof), fresh cranberry sauce, a beautiful pumpkin pie with homemade crust, and the piece de resistance, Easy Yeast Biscuits your family and friends will beg for.

Judie guarantees you can pull this off without last-minute stress and fatigue. Learn plan-ahead and make-ahead secrets that professional chefs use. Yes! You can do this easily in your own kitchen. The class will be held at The Culinary School of Fort Worth and will include enticing hors d'oeuvres, printed recipes and time-line plans, and a fabulous meal including all the food we cook.
