“Trombone Intensive Day Camp”

 WHAT:  Calvin Sexton, band leader of the Inner City All-Stars, is presenting his first “Trombone Intensive Day” Camp, 

in Dallas, TX.  Mr. Sexton will reveal the techniques professional musicians use, to turn good trombonist into great artist.

WHO:  International Touring Artist and band leader of, “Inner City All-Stars” Calvin Sexton, created the camp to give middle and high school trombone students the edge they need to transcend their own expectations of their skills.  The Trombone Intensive Day Camp will include Mr. Sexton guiding students:

• Secrets to playing like a pro
• How to nail any audition
• Unlocking the secrets of Jazz Improv and UIL Jazz  Audition, just to name a few

FYI- (Calvin Sexton is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Graduate of the University of North Texas College of Music.  Certified Music Teacher, performed on Showtime at the Apollo, Toured Guam & Japan, and on the Texas Touring Roster the Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs touring roster.

WHEN: Saturday, June 14 beginning at 9 am and ending at 4 pm. Mr. Sexton will be available for interviews.
