Hello everyone!
You can now access the first release of video from our 'casual look' at the Dallas jazz scene. It's from the new Jazz Around Town excursion that begins to answer the question I get asked most often, "Where's jazz in Dallas?".
Today, you can begin to take in some of the 'casually shot' video that I captured when visiting the presenters around town. These jazz presenters have already been rated by us and you can see those thoughts in the photo slideshows. I think what you'll find is that they are all great places to hang out. All deserve support and encouragement. Which is the main reason I'm doing this. You need to know the names of the venues/presenters. When they present jazz. What level they are as a presenter. And, the type of artistry on display by the musicians.
This journey will be ongoing as I continue to show you more Jazz Around Town. In the meantime, our video section and YouTube channel are now open to you with the videos now being released from our 'jazz stops' at:
