Is Bob Marley Biopic Finally Getting Traction?







Check out this great article from writer Tambay, on Shadow and Act, She lays lays out the long and ardous trip that the Marley Family (led by Bob's wife, Rita) to get his story told on the big screen. Some of the biggest directors in the business in and out of the project over the span of a decade.

Now, it appears that Oscar winning Director, Kevin MacDonald (director of documentaries like "One Day in September" and "Touching the Void") has taken the helm to get the project done and released by Fall 2011. Let hope.
