Mary's Southern Cuisine and Entertainment had its humble beginnings back in 2002 when Mary Davis started Ms. Mary's Southern Cuisine in Carrollton, Texas. The restaurant began as just a small cafe but grew rapidly within the first six months of operation. The restaurant catered and delivered meals to churches, schools and to area business people in the Dallas -Ft. Worth area. As the catering business grew, the restaurant became fully staffed to provide full service to all its customers.
