Event Description

Lovers of jazz: You are invited to the 2nd Sunday Jazz Jam April 10, from 5 to 7 pm, musicians, vocalists and fans can listen to some of the finest jazz players in Dallas at Unitarian Universalist Church of Oak Cliff at 3839 W. Kiest Blvd, Dallas, TX 75233.

 

Admission is free!!! Tips will be distributed among the performers. You may bring food, soft drinks, beer or wine.

 

After the jam, you might be interested in listening or participating in the drum circle starting at 7:15.

Players bring instruments, voice, and Real Books (Hal Leonard 6th edition VOL I & II) and join in with the fun. If you want to try something newly written, bring it along as well with the sheet music and the lyrics.  Musicians please be as self contained as possible.  Drummers always needed to set up and share their drums.
