Profile Information

About Me:
I'm a Portland, Oregon native who has been playing bass since he was 15 years of age. I've have played for various choirs, bands, and groups over the years in Oregon and Washington and California which has seasoned me to become the musician that I am today. My first highlight was to play for the award winning gospel artist Tramaine Hawkins at the age of 18. I lend my distinctive style to the influences of Jazz, Gospel, R & B, Rock, Hip-Hop, Neo-Soul and Blues.

His participation in a local jazz band in the mid 90’s fueled his passion to return to taking music more seriously.

His local influences are Randy Starr, Danny Wilson, Steve Mays and Nate Phillips. His national influences are Bootsy Collins, Louis Johnson, Stanley Clarke, Jaco Pastorius and Victor Wooten.
